Just a quick post of some recent drawings I have scanned. I feel more a home now with my pencil and paper of late. Just felt like drawing then using Maya. But I'm still working on a Rorschach model in 3D. I've tried a new method of colouring using photoshop. I tried to keep it very bland with colour, but I'd rather like it to be more Noir palette. I'll have to give it a try later on.
I think I might need to vertorize the outlines and inking. I just dosen't look right. But I do like the grit and grime that it gives the image.
Here's also a quick animation I did og Rorschach's facial ink. Inspiried by the Watchmen. I think it should move a little faster then every 5 seconds to get a better and more fluid effect. But for a first try its o.k.
