I was working on a obi-wan model that I was creating and thought that I should have a go at his lightsaber and create a toon shader to texture it. The hardest part was creating a 3D lightsaber as most would seggest to build it later in Photoshop or After Effects. I used a glow on the shader and put some particle clouds around it to create a more precise glow.

This is the obi-wan model I'm working on. Using CV curves I can create a more accuate face, though it takes longer I find it can create a more effective model.
